Business Altitude Score (BA-Score)
A 0–100 score across six areas — Course, Fuel, Crew, Engine, Instruments and Turbulence — with a band from Grounded to Autopilot. A very weak area caps the score, so strong areas can't hide a dangerous one.
Free Altitude Check, then the Full BA
Start with 12 questions and an indicative score. Signed in, the Full BA asks 30 questions for your baseline, retaken each quarter.
Fortnightly Check-In
Six panels: what's urgent, your numbers, turbulence, crew, course and the flight plan for the next fortnight — under five minutes when it's quiet. Commitments become tasks, so they don't get lost.
Issues & decisions
Open problems and pending decisions, each with an owner and an age. Tag a repeat problem as "happened before" and the Check-In asks for a procedure to stop it.
Team survey
An anonymous survey of your staff, so you see the crew's view of the business next to your own.

Take 5 and risk analysis
A pre-start check before the job card. An uncontrolled hazard asks for a risk analysis, and high residual risk needs a supervisor's approval first.
Hazards and stop-work
Anyone can report a hazard from the phone. A critical hazard triggers stop-work.
Actions that escalate
Every corrective action has an owner and a due date. Overdue actions climb one level every three days, so nothing sits with nobody.
Checklists on a schedule
Build any checklist — vehicle pre-start, site inspection, workshop check — and assign it daily, weekly or monthly. Missed checks are followed up.
SOPs and policies
Standard operating procedures and policies with versions and signed acknowledgement by the roles they apply to, plus 34 Australian workplace policy templates to start from.
Vehicle and equipment register
Vehicles, equipment and facilities with rego and service reminders, and recorded vehicle handovers.
