About Zecutiva

The product

What is Zecutiva?

Zecutiva is software for owner-led businesses that want to run without the owner holding everything together. It scores how the business runs (the BA-Score), gives you a fortnightly routine to improve it, and holds the daily work — jobs, people, safety, customers and numbers — on the web and on the phone.

Who is it for?

Australian trade, service and distribution businesses, typically with 5 to 50 people: an office team plus field crews or a workshop, where the owner is still doing a lot of the flying by hand. A sole trader can start on the free Solo plan.

What is the BA-Score?

The Business Altitude Score is a 0–100 measure of how close the business is to running without you, read across six areas: Course, Fuel, Crew, Engine, Instruments and Turbulence. It names the weakest area and the one thing to do about it first.

Is the Altitude Check free? Do I need an account?

It's free and needs no account: 12 questions, about four minutes. Your indicative BA-Score, your band and the area to fix first come back on screen and by email.

Does Zecutiva replace my accounting or quoting software?

No. Zecutiva sits alongside them. Keep quoting and invoicing in the software you use now; Zecutiva runs the work, the people and the safety around it, and reads your numbers. Upload reports from MYOB or Xero today — live Xero and MYOB connections are coming soon — or connect Ostendo on a paid plan.

Do I need Ostendo?

No. Without it, Zecutiva keeps your customers and items itself, and you can import them from a spreadsheet. Ostendo is an optional add-on for businesses that already run it.

Does the app work without phone signal?

Yes. Job cards, photos, safety checks and notes save on the phone and send themselves when signal comes back, so crews on farms and remote sites aren't held up.

Is health and safety included?

Yes, on every plan including the free one: Take 5 pre-starts, risk analysis, hazard reports, safety actions that escalate, scheduled checklists, SOPs and a vehicle and equipment register.

Where is my data kept, and is it secure?

The database and stored files are in Sydney, Australia, handled under the Australian Privacy Act. Sign-in uses two-factor authentication once the business holds sensitive information, the phone app supports Face ID, and sensitive employee data is encrypted.

How do I get help?

Pricing

Plans and billing

How much does Zecutiva cost?

Solo is free for the owner. Paid plans are Crew $99, Growth $299, Pro $599 a month, plus GST, and differ only by how many office users you have. Pay annually and get 1 month free.

Is there really a free plan?

Yes. Solo is everything one person can use — the BA-Score and Check-Ins, tasks and job cards, customers, health and safety, and the Financial Flight Deck from your uploaded statements. No card needed.

Do my field staff need a paid seat?

No. People who only use the phone app are free, and every paid plan includes unlimited field users. You pay by office users — the people who use the web dashboard.

When would I move to a paid plan?

When you bring your team in, or want your numbers fed in automatically instead of uploaded. Paid plans add invites, roles, leave, the crew schedule, sales budgets, the team survey and integrations.

Do prices include GST?

No. All prices are in Australian dollars, plus GST.

What are the add-ons?

The Ostendo integration is $199 a month on any paid plan. The customer portal is $149 a month and needs the Ostendo add-on.

Can you set it up for us?

Yes. Guided setup is $1,750 once: fill in our setup questionnaire, meet your onboarding specialist on a video call, and we set up your people, customers, jobs and safety. Or we can do the lot for you — ask us for a quote.

What happens if I stop paying?

The business drops back to Solo. Nothing is deleted — your team's sign-ins pause until you choose a plan again.
